1. You place your order for the "Loved Again" Jeans. You will receive a prepaid mailing label in your email inbox.

2. Send your clean, washed, pre-loved denim jeans in a shipping envelope using the prepaid mailing label. Ensure the two sides and two inner seams are intact. Rips, tears, and slashes on the front or back of the jeans are OK.

3. We will handcraft your old jeans and keep the original stitching in place everywhere possible. This method preserves the history and those special moments stored in your jeans. We repurpose a new pair of jeans that naturally fit you by adding silk, linen, or cotton fabrics to reflect your unique style and personality. 

Ten-to-fourteen days after we receive your old jeans you will receive your new jeans in the mail.  Enjoy wearing your distinctly one-of-a-kind pair of new jeans again.
